No. Documents are collected via in email. No separate login or app download. We designed it this way because we know that creating friction for immigration clients means they don't submit a complete corpus of documents.
Currently English, Spanish, and Portuguese. We add new languages based on demand. Reach out if you have clients who need a language that's not on this list.
CaseDaemon does a basic check for document type and legibility before accepting an upload. If something looks off, it prompts the client to re-upload. This process is fully automatic. You don't have to check document uploads yourself, we do it for you.
Yes. CaseDaemon ships with default checklists for the most common immigration case types. You can add, remove, or reorder items, add your own instructions, and set items as optional vs. required. Custom templates save to your firm account and apply automatically to the right case types.
