Select the case type and CaseDaemon will automatically generate a tailored case preparation checklist. Or you can configure it to match your practice's specifications.

Clients communicate with the CaseDaemon agent to submit the necessary documents. If they forget any, CaseDaemon remembers and follows up.

Your client submits material on their terms

The case preparation experience is conversational. CaseDaemon explains what each document is, why it's needed, and what makes a good photo or scan. Clients know exactly what they're doing and why.

If a client goes quiet, CaseDaemon sends automated reminders at intervals you control. You see the live status in your dashboard without having to ask anyone anything.

When case preparation is complete, CaseDaemon notifies you and provides an organized document packet to your team. You can sync it with an existing CMS or submit it manually.

Security & compliance

We handle your clients' documents like they're ours to protect.

Immigration clients share passports, financial records, medical history, and family information during case prepration. CaseDaemon treats that responsibility seriously.

Zero data retention

Our models don't retain what you or your clients send. Ask us for a report to verify it.

256-bit AES encryption

All documents are encrypted at rest. All data in transit uses TLS 1.3. Nothing is stored in plaintext.

U.S.-only data storage

All data is stored and processed on servers located in the United States. No offshore jurisdictions.

Role-based access control

Attorneys, paralegals, and assistants have separate permission tiers. You control who sees what.

Full audit logs

Every document access, upload, and deletion is logged with timestamp and user identity. Always reviewable.

Automatic document expiry

Client documents can be scheduled for deletion on a schedule you set. Sensitive data isn't stored longer than necessary.

Things attorneys ask us

No. Documents are collected via in email. No separate login or app download. We designed it this way because we know that creating friction for immigration clients means they don't submit a complete corpus of documents.

Currently English, Spanish, and Portuguese. We add new languages based on demand. Reach out if you have clients who need a language that's not on this list.

CaseDaemon does a basic check for document type and legibility before accepting an upload. If something looks off, it prompts the client to re-upload. This process is fully automatic. You don't have to check document uploads yourself, we do it for you.

Yes. CaseDaemon ships with default checklists for the most common immigration case types. You can add, remove, or reorder items, add your own instructions, and set items as optional vs. required. Custom templates save to your firm account and apply automatically to the right case types.
