Quick answers to common questions

Most practices are running within one business day of signing up. The process can take up to 2 or 3 days for practices with complex CMS / CRM integrations.

No. CaseDaemon is an case preparation tool, not a case management replacement. You don't migrate anything. Your existing matters stay exactly where they are in your CMS. CaseDaemon only adds new documents to new or existing matters going forward.

Absolutely. Solo practitioners are one of our core customer segments. Because CaseDaemon reduces the time you spend on case prep admin, the ROI actually tends to be more significant at solo practices because there are fewer paralegals doing the work in the first place.

Clio (and other CMS tools) are excellent at case management, billing, and form filing. What they aren't built for is the client-facing ase preparation experience: getting documents from your clients, following up when they go quiet, and doing all of that in your client's language. CaseDaemon fills that gap. It's a complement, not a replacement.

Cancel from your account settings at any time. No cancellation fee, no hoops to jump through. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Your data (documents, matter history) remain available for export for 90 days after cancellation, and are then deleted.
